Form: the form consists of three verbiages.
" Take this, all of you, and eat of it: for this is my body which will be given up for you."
" Take this, all of you, and drink from it: for this is the chalice of my blood, the blood of the new and eternal covenant. Which will be poured out for you and for many for the forgiveness of sins."
"Do this in memory of me."
Matter:
Bread- made from wheat & water(no yeast)
Wine- made from grapes
Minister:
Only a priest or bishop may consecrate the bread and wine but a priest,bishop,deacon and anyone who is an extraordinary minister can administer the sacrament.
Rite:
During this holy time the priest will lead the congregation in payers such as the Profession of Faith. Hymns are also sung. Next the priest or bishop will consecrate the bread and wine into the Body and Blood of Christ. To preform the consecration the priest or bishop must say the following statements. " Take this, all of you,and eat of it: for this is my body which will be given up for you."

After the consecration occurs the priest or bishop along with extraordinary ministers will administer the sacrament to those willing to participate in Communion. It is required that a person not be in any mortal sins and that a person fast 1 hr before Communion in order for the grace to bestowed unto those receiving. Those that receive may either except the host in their hands or directly in their mouth. When receiving the Blood just wet your lips with the Blood of Christ. Following the intake of Christ proceed back to the pew and pray silently. When the sacrament concludes the priest or bishop will finish any of the remaining Blood and put the host back in the tabernacle.
